What can I do to surround myself with positive energies?

Each person is unique but there are certain focus areas that typically help people to enjoy a lifestyle surrounded by positive energies.

Eating healthy, fresh food each day and drinking clean water with no chemicals creates a strong foundation. Surrounding ourselves or choosing to be with other cheerful people is also very helpful. Being in nature and getting enough rest are also highly recommended.

Clearing our body’s energies each day through personal practice or with assistance helps clear out the lower energies that we may have collected from our environment or from interactions with others.

Daily meditation can be very helpful to give us a sense of inner calm and peace that is otherwise unattainable.

The level of commitment we place on these aspects has a direct correlation to how we feel each day and how quickly we experience a greater abundance of more positive energies in our life.
